Fountain Care Services provides home care for customers across London, Essex and Southern England. Founded in 2023, we deliver care to customers in their home and work alongside local authorities in Southern England to provide home care for their residents.

We’re a small but ambitious and growing home care provider, led by highly experienced, professional care leaders. We provide bespoke, personalised care to all our customers, and our reputation and service is built on relationships, trust and companionship. 

We believe that quality home care can be transformational, not just for our clients but also for their family and friends. 

Our vision at Fountain Care Services is for everyone to have access to quality care at home and to experience the difference that compassionate, professional care can make at every stage of life. 

We are registered by the Care Quality Commission, the independent regulator for health and social care in England. 

We support our clients by improving their quality of life through a person-centred service of support and care. We work collaboratively with individuals, families, support networks, social services, and health colleagues to provide a holistic range of care and support.

Investment in technology and monitoring

We’ve invested in sector-leading digital care platforms and training and assurance software. This helps us to deliver the highest standards of care and to give certainty and peace of mind to our customers and their families. Our digital care plans mean our customers and carers have easy and secure access to care plans and medication records, and live travel and arrival times. 

Our health and safety policies, procedures and reporting is also managed through highly regarded software and technology. This digital approach allows thorough monitoring and gives added assurance to our private clients and local authority clients to the robust and professional approach we have adopted.  

Prioritising learning and development

All staff complete thorough mandatory training when they join Fountain Care Services and have access to regular and ongoing professional development throughout their careers with us.

We’re proud of our care staff and invest and support their learning and development to help retain the best possible people and to ensure our carers are empowered to deliver compassionate care and companionship to all our customers.
