Fountain Care Services provides home care for customers across London, Essex and Southern England. Founded in 2023, we deliver care to customers in their home and work alongside local authorities in Southern England to provide home care for their residents.
We’re a small but ambitious and growing home care provider, led by highly experienced, professional care leaders. We provide bespoke, personalised care to all our customers, and our reputation and service is built on relationships, trust and companionship.

Fountain Care was founded and is led by Esther, an experienced social worker and care leader with 25 years’ experience in the sector.
Passionate about compassionate, professional care
“I qualified as a social worker over two decades ago. Since then, I’ve been privileged to care for people across the country, working in community, safeguarding and hospital care settings, and supporting adults with a wide range of health and care needs.
I joined the care profession because I am passionate about helping people. I want to improve people’s lives through quality and compassionate care, and these values serve me today as they did 25 years ago.
My experiences over the last 25 years have helped me to develop real understanding and empathy for the unique challenges that people can face, and the tailored care and support they need to enjoy the best possible quality of life.
This empathy, experience and expertise led me to set up Fountain Care in 2023, so that I can continue to make a meaningful difference for adults in London, Essex and across the UK.
My vision is for everyone to be able to access quality, tailored care at home, and to experience the difference that compassionate, professional care can make – at any and every stage of life.

Our digital care plans mean our customers and carers have easy and secure access to care plans and medication records, and live travel and arrival times.
Our health and safety policies, procedures and reporting is also managed through highly regarded software and technology. This digital approach allows thorough monitoring and gives added assurance to our private clients and local authority clients to the robust and professional approach we have adopted.
